Terms and Conditions – DrvnAI

Welcome to DrvnAI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DrvnAI mobile application (“App”), developed and provided by [Your Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

DrvnAI is a smart vehicle management tool that allows users to:

• Track and manage personal vehicle information  
• Log maintenance records  
• Document modifications  
• Receive AI-generated assistance for vehicle-related queries  

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• Registration: You must create an account to access most features.  
• Eligibility: The App is open to users of all ages, but users under 13 should obtain parental consent.  
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.  
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and current details and update them as necessary.  
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations or misuse.  

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DrvnAI for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Record personal vehicle details (make, model, VIN, mileage, etc.)  
• Log service and maintenance history  
• Track performance modifications  
• Use the AI Mechanic for information  
• Manage your subscription and referral rewards  

• Engaging in unlawful or fraudulent activities  
• Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or systems  
• Disrupting App functionality or introducing malicious code  
• Copying, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the App  
• Using the App for commercial purposes without consent  
• Harassment, impersonation, or abuse of any kind  

You own the content you submit, including vehicle data, maintenance records, modification logs, images, and AI conversations.By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely for improving and operating the App.You are solely responsible for your content's legality and accuracy.

All content within the App (excluding user-generated data)—including software, logos, design, and trademarks—are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant any rights to use our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the App.

• Subscription Plan: Access to premium features requires a monthly subscription of $9.99 USD.  
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date.  
• Billing: All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their billing terms.  
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription directly via your device’s app store settings.  
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their policies.  

• How It Works: Invite friends to DrvnAI using your referral code.  
• Reward: For every 3 successful sign-ups via your code, you’ll receive 1 free month of Premium.  
• Conditions: Referral rewards are non-cash, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged.  
• Misuse: Fraudulent activity or spam may lead to removal from the program.  
• Changes: We may update or discontinue the referral program at any time.  

• Service Provided “As-Is”: DrvnAI is offered “as-is” without guarantees of availability, reliability, or accuracy.  
• AI Mechanic Notice: The AI Mechanic provides general informational advice. It is not a substitute for professional automotive or legal consultation. Use at your own discretion.  
• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for external sites or services linked within the App.  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use—or inability to use—the App. This includes data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on any AI-generated advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:

• Your misuse of the App  
• Your breach of these Terms  
• Any content you upload that infringes third-party rights  

• User Termination: You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account.  
• Our Rights: We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
